SHIPPING AND RETURNS


I. SHIPPING POLICY


Processing Time

For orders placed on regular business days, in-stock merchandise ships within the next 24 to 36 hours. 

For orders placed by 4 pm EST, in-stock merchandise will ship out the same day, Monday through Friday, except on official holidays. For orders placed on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, in-stock merchandise ships the next available business day.


Shipping Charges

  • National Shipping: 

A flat rate of US$ 8.00 will be charged to all orders placed within the United States of America, which also includes a handling fee. 

Free Priority Shipping is available on all orders above $US 99.00

Overnight shipping is available for an additional cost – email us for details at orders@doctordoni.com

  • International Shipping:

International shipping is not currently available on our website. If you are internationally located, please contact orders@doctordoni.com to arrange proper ordering/shipping to you.


Delivery

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, unless overnight shipping is requested. 

National USPS / UPS delivery time: 2-7 business days.

Please note that USPS / UPS does not guarantee delivery dates and times. We don't refund shipping costs if a package does not arrive in the estimated delivery window. 

When products are directly shipped from a vendor, they may come by UPS or Fedex. 

Whenever possible we will attempt to put all products ordered into one shipment. If an item is not in stock, an additional shipment may be necessary. In that case we will contact you to let you know about the wait time for the product and about a potential alternative so that you can decide what will work best for you. 


Auto-Shipping

If you know you are going to need to re-order an item on a regular basis, auto-shipping can be a great option for you. You get to choose the product(s), quantity, and timing of your auto-shipment, and then you don’t have to think about it again! It will be shipped automatically for you. 


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive your order, please email us at orders@doctordoni.com for tracking purposes. 


Secure Payment Options 

We currently accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal via our secure website. 


Out of Stock Process

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and either offer you an alternative product and/or give you an estimated date of arrival of the product you ordered. At that point you also have the option to cancel your order. As we do strive to stock all our products, from time to time a product falls out of stock or there is a manufacturer delay. 



II. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the product may be returned when unopened and in the original condition it arrived to you within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund. There are no restocking fee for returns. Please contact us by email at orders@doctordoni.com for return authorization and instructions.


30-day Return Policy

All refunds are issued back to original payment method. Items must be returned in same condition in which they were received.

We strive for you to receive your product(s) in perfect condition. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us and we will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.


Offline Return Process

Please enclose a copy of your invoice or Packing Slip with your return, if possible. If not available then include your name, address, phone number and order number.

Carefully repackage the merchandise. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery), and original shipping & processing charges are not refundable. Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of the merchandise.
