Suggested Use: Three (3) capsules per day. Best results when also taking a high dose of L-methyl folate or folic acid, under a practitioners supervision.

Curcuma longa extract 500mg (Turmeric root, 95% curcuminoids)
DIM 200mg (Diindolymethane)
Green tea leaf extract 200mg (Camella sinensis)
Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (HPMC, water), microcrystalline cellulose, l-leucine, silicon dioxide. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
